1) How do I buy?
Enquiries are treated on a first come first serve basis.We deliberately don't have an "Add to Cart" option because many customers wish to see more pictures and we always try to get the postage costs as low as possible by providing individual quotes.We also really enjoy the interaction with our customers and like chatting with you!!

2) Are all of the Pops for sale brand new?
The majority of the Funko Pops that we have in stock are in excellent A1 condition. However, a small number of our Pops have minor damage and this is documented in the individual product description. We are more than happy to provide additional photos of any damage if required.

3) Is the Pop I want in stock?
Some Pops are more popular than others and sell out very quickly. We are always on the look-out for replacements, but can't guarantee that we will re-stock that particular Pop. Once we sell out, the Pop is removed from the website and is updated as frequently as possible (we both have full-time jobs as well!!). All the Pops you see on the website are currently in stock.
4) Can I reserve a Pop?
We have a growing number of customers asking if we can hold Pops for them. We are happy to do this, but ask for a deposit to secure the Pop and require the payment of the balance within 28 days.
For Pops under £50 value, we ask for £10 deposit, between £50 and £100 value it's £15 deposit and over £100 value we ask for £20 deposit. This is regardless of the number of Pops you ask us to hold.

5) Can I combine postage costs?
Where multiple Pops are purchased we will give you a postage quote based on the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For prices (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/signed-for-2nd-class).
We will endeavour to keep your postage costs to a minimum and are more than happy to combine postage for multiple items. 1-3 regular sized Pops will fit into a small parcel and 4-6 regular sized Pops will fit into a medium parcel. Please contact us for a postage quote for the larger Pops we hold in stock...prices vary according to the size & weight of these Pops.

6) Do you ship internationally?
The postage quote will be based on Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked. (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked-signed)
Prices vary depending on the country of destination, as well as the size & weight of the Pop(s)...please contact us for a quote. All international deliveries are double-boxed with plenty of bubble wrap for added protection.

7) Why do I have to pay Paypal fees for Goods and Services?
As collectors ourselves, we want to keep our costs as low as possible so do not automatically add the Paypal G&S fee to the price of the Pop. This is why we always give the option of paying with Friends and Family or Goods and Services. We do not profit from this additional charge and are not offended when customers choose Goods and Services for the added protection, the choice is entirely yours. The current rate for the Paypal Goods and Services fee is 2.9% of the total cost of the item(s) and postage + 30 pence.

8) How do you package Pops?
As many of our reviews prove, we pride ourselves on the standard of our packaging and do everything we can to ensure your Pop arrives in perfect condition.
Every Pop is securely wrapped in bubble wrap. We use sturdy, double-walled boxes for shipping.
We try our best to be environmentally friendly by re-using boxes and bubble wrap where we can.

9) How often do you receive new stock?
We have new Pops arriving almost daily so keep checking the site regularly!! If there is a particular Pop that you are looking for and we don't currently have it, drop us a line and we will keep an eye out for you!!

10) Do you buy Pops?
We do also buy Pops, usually in a bundle, but will also consider individual Pops if they are rare and vaulted items and they are in good condition. Please don't be offended if we choose not to buy from you!!
